Why am I getting sometimes the same message multiple times?
The reason that you sometimes get the same message multiple times is that some of our members purchased as many as 10 paid Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Elite accounts to be able to mail more.
The system picks with every mailing 3,000 to 6,000 random members (depending on your membership level), so if they email 10 times in a row the same accounts will be picked more then once for sure as our total membership is currently about 17,000 and we are growing by about 25-50 members every week (as of today, July 23rd 2025).
Personally I would recommend to keep testing different messages with each mailing and track how well each version converts. This has two advantages... first it will over time improve your marketing message to convert better and better and second it will avoid sending the exact same message over and over to the same people.
